Mobile App

App-specific information updated September 11, 2026. This section explains how the Shop Market Deals customer shopping app, operated with Broadway Pixels, LLC, uses information. It supplements the store disclosures above.

Accounts, orders, and Market Rewards

You can browse products without signing in. Our account service provides your customer identifier, name, email address, and order history to show your account, delivery status, and Market Rewards. The app stores sign-in tokens in protected, device-only storage; signing out removes the saved app session. Account and checkout pages may manage their own cookies and sessions.

We keep account-linked points balances, eligible order totals, reward activity, redemption requests, discount codes, timestamps, and processing status to calculate rewards, issue discounts, prevent duplicate claims, and resolve support requests. Membership progress uses eligible paid orders. Reward redemption records may be retained with transaction records for fraud prevention, accounting, and required recordkeeping.

Public comments and moderation

If you submit a Market News comment while signed in, we process the comment text, article identifier, account name, and email address. Comments are reviewed before appearing. Approved comment text, author name, and posting date can be visible to other readers in the app and on our website; your account email is not displayed as part of the comment. Do not include private or sensitive information in a public comment.

We keep submission identifiers, timestamps, moderation status, and account-linked or pseudonymous abuse-prevention records to prevent duplicate submissions and spam, handle reports, and measure comment activity. You can report a comment through the app or contact support to request removal. Hiding an author changes what you see on that device; it does not delete their comments for other readers.

Checkout and order source

Our checkout and payment service providers process the contact, delivery, billing, and payment details you provide. The native app does not store payment-card details. Checkout opens in your browser; some informational pages open in an in-app browser. Browser pages may use their own cookies and are covered by the website disclosures above. We record first-party platform and checkout-source information to distinguish app orders from website orders and measure app activity. Download reporting uses aggregate store reports.

Optional ads and social links

The app includes controls for optional rewarded advertising. When this feature is enabled and you choose to watch, advertising providers may process IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and maintain their services. Ad requests are configured as non-personalized. We do not send your name, email, comment text, or order history with an ad request. An opaque ad-session identifier lets us verify completion and associate an earned reward with your account; we keep verification identifiers, timestamps, and reward records to enforce limits and prevent duplicate credit.

Ad privacy choices can contact a consent service to determine available choices using device, region, and consent information. Watching ads is optional and not required to shop. Use Ad privacy choices in Rewards to review available settings. We do not request permission for cross-app tracking in this release. Before enabling advertising, we review the applicable consent requirements and store privacy disclosures.

Instagram and Facebook links open those services, whose privacy policies apply to your activity there. Opening a link does not verify a follow or award points. This release does not collect social usernames for follow verification.

Support and account deletion

The support form sends your name, email, topic, message, and optional order number to our support service. Service providers process requests and deliver confirmations and replies on our behalf. We use limited device and network information, including a protected network-address hash where applicable, to prevent abuse. Signed-in customers can choose Account > Delete account to submit a verified deletion request. We record the verified customer identifier, request, deadline, and completion status, but do not save sign-in tokens in the deletion service. Requests are processed within 30 days and completion is confirmed by email. Deletion covers associated customer-account information, comments and rewards records as applicable, subject to required retention. It does not itself cancel orders or request refunds.

Retention and choices

If you choose order notifications, we and our delivery service providers use a device notification token, platform, and account email to send updates. You can turn these off in device settings.

We retain information as needed to operate the store, administer rewards, moderate comments, provide support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Authorized service providers process this information on our behalf.
